Pros:
very small
runs very cool
low power and low heat
almost silent operation
Bios is easy to configure
CPU is 64-bit and HyperThread
video supports 2048x1536@75Hz
runs excellent with windows XP SP3 and Ubuntu

Cons:
no gigabit lan
one PCI slot only

Some thoughts:

Even though the power might not enough for HTPC(decode 1080p), but it's a very good machine for internet surfing with very low power consumption. You might also use BOXD945GCLF as a file server, print server or a multi media server to play 720p movies.
